Sizing Instructions

For a men’s size 11+, no trimming of the pad is needed.

For smaller than a men’s size 11. Trim off one or more of the outer sections of the pad. (Follow the indented lines)

The SoleBuddyz™ are adjustable, so trim off as much of the pad as needed to achieve a “snug” fit.

For small feet it is recommended not to remove more than the four outer sections of the pad.
